i set up my dad's email accounts on windows 7, hes using both windows mail and outlook, he can send mail but not receive it.

i've copied all the info across fine. he can send from all his emails, but he can't receive anything. even when i manually click 'send/receive' nothing will show. i can see, though, that they do get sent to the address on the internet providers website, but not all the way to outlook or windows mail. help would be very much appreciated.
