in 10 years a few very negative consequences will kick in, the main of these being the PONR [Point Of No Return] of ecological damage. we will simply be incapable of feeding the 8bn people that will be demanding more and more food out of depleted topsoil, we will decimate whats left of our already depleted oceans and commence an irreversible collapse of the biosphere, this will not all happen at once, but if another decade of this continues, it will be inescapable

surveillance and control technology will have outpaced the ordinary mans countermeasures against them. Right now we are in the middle of a very dangerous arms race between world powers and civilian resistance, we are losing.

we have 2-5 years to plant as much permaculture food crops as we possibly can, 2-4 years of asymmetrical direct actions targeting pivotal/symbolic infrastructure, and 1-3 years to completely dismantle/repurpose destructive infrastructure
