Unable to move my body in dream! Help!

This morning I seem to have an LD. I've just woken up, then I browse the internet a little bit, then I get back to bed. I then got sleep paralysis right after I fell asleep. I felt my body flying and there was strange shivering sensation. There are noises too. That was nothing new to me, and based on what I read, that would bring me to LD. So while I'm 'enjoying' the paralysis moment, I slowly opened my eyes and I see a hotel room (very resemble to my room). So I'm in a hotel room.

So I realized I was dreaming. But I unable to move my body! I can look around, but I can't move my head. I tried to move my fingers, hand, leg but they were immovable. As I fail to move my body, I feel that I began to wake up. I can't spin around so that I stay in a dream. I instead just looked around and shouting "I'm dreaming" in my head (I can't talk too). But then everything gone and I woke up.

This happens very often to me. Basically Sleep -> Paralysis (right after I fell asleep) -> dream in a dark room resemble to my room -> unable to move my body -> wake up. I don't know if this is LD or not. But I need help so that I can move my body.
