PoE's Cut-throat for D3

Path of Exile is going to have a gamemode called "Cut Throat" Basicly, you opt into it... and you can invade someone's game to kill them.

Blizzard said they didn't want the pvp switch because they found it to be griefing.

What if you had to opt into it? Is it still considered greifing?
