Is anyone hosting, or has hosted, with eoreality.net?

My friend and I picked up a 1gb server through Vortex servers for our use, and once we get everything set up, friends and public. We've been having almost nothing but problems with them. Our server has been up for a week total out of the month that we've owned it. Tech support has had inconsistent response times. And at this point we're just getting tired of having a paid service for something we can't use.

We're thinking of switching over to http://eoreality.net/. They have a deal going on for $9 a gb. So for $3 more a month, we can double our ram. They look decent enough of the Minecraft forums. No reviews on Best Minecraft servers though.

So I'm wondering if anyone here has had any experience with them? Good or bad stories are welcome. We just want some idea of what kind of a company they are.

I will take "My friend has/had a server with them" But I would prefer no "A friend of my friend". And obviously first person experience is the best.

Edit: Mistralniblick is the co-owner for the server as an fyi.
