Alternatives to a cutter?

So I'm out with friends at the moment with a torpedo in my pocket and nothing but a punch cutter. I don't think I can use the punch on the torpedo, so do I have any other options? Regular scissors, a sharp dinner knife, bite it? Any advice is appreciated!
