Letter of Recommendation Question

I received a letter of recommendation from my boss that was pretty good, but I had a falling out with him and I am not confident that if GT were to call my boss up, that my boss would still vouch for me. Should I get a new letter of recommendation from someone else or are the odds that they call up my boss so low that I should just not worry about it?
