Your preparing for an apocalypse by fighting and scavenging, but who else wants to work for their supplies first hand?

My father, his father before him, and myself are wilderness survival activists. We practice both basic and advanced survival skills, including shelter making, fire building, and hunting/skinning small and medium game.

I understand that at some point, when scavenging no longer yields reward, hunting for food will be our only choice.

So, who else has included wilderness skills as part of their plan to survive? Who else can "hack it" so to speak, and live off the wonderful gifts of Mother Nature?
