Looking for a game!

Does anybody have any video game suggestions that involve your character having super powers or some sort of ability but the world isn't all infected? I'm looking for a free roam game that is like prototype or infamous but where the whole game is like the begging of them before everyone is infected or something.

Note, it has to be for PS3
