Can someone help me with a voice actor?

I already know that young Noatok was voiced by Zach Tyler Eisen, the same guy who voiced Aang, but does anyone know who voiced Noatok when he was the teenage...ish age? The voice seemed familiar but I couldn't quite make it out.
