People of Reddit, you are in charge of how Jerry Sandusky serves his sentence. What happens?

My friends and I were talking about how Jerry Sandusky may get over 400 years of prison time. We thought that instead of a ridiculous amount of time as his sentence, what if he was sentenced to 50 years of an alternative sentence while still in prison? The goal is to get 400 years worth of punishment into the rest of his life, but no having him raped, that's just unoriginal.

EDIT: Just to clarify, while tried and true torture may be common comments here, we would preferably like to see new things that would make him miserable for the rest of his life without actually hurting him (physically).
