Internet problems with a Linksys EA2700 router

Hi guys,

I recently bought a Linksys EA2700 to go with my new Cable internet connection. It worked fine until last Sunday when it suddenly wouldn't connect anymore. When I switched back to my old Linksys WRT54G, it worked "fine" (all the internet problems can be attributed to the router's 8+ years of service).

I followed Cisco's instructions on connecting to a cable connection (cloning the MAC Address) but it still won't work. Trying live support just leaves me on the line for a long time with no response. Can anyone help me or has anyone experienced similar problems?
