Will a pending conviction appear on an employment background check?

Using a throwaway here. Long story short: I was arrested for a DWI, and the court case is currently pending. I'll go to court in August, and at that time, I'll be given my sentence (no probation, at least, which is good). My work is currently requesting that we submit to a background check. My main question is, will the pending case appear on the background check? Does anyone else have any experience with this?
