I've been burgled, how can I initiate a remote wipe for a Windows 8 device

Google has let me down big time - numerous searches related to remotely wiping a Windows Live (/8/phone) connected device have been unfruitful and the Live site itself is useless.

I was burgled this evening, netbook with Windows 8 installed gone.

Simply, how can I start the remote wipe? (I hear it's possible)
