What would you do with 600 pounds/935 Dollars to spend and around two months to spend it, this summer?

Dear Redditors, A while back I was saving up money for a holiday which I went on last summer, but now I find that I have 600 pounds left over . I've been thinking of what to do with it for a while now but have been coming up empty. So I thought I would crowd-source the answer and ask Reddit what I should do. I turn 21 this week and might get more money that way. I would love to travel but I don't know exactly where to or whether the amount I have would be enough to be worth it. Let me know your suggestions please. :)

Edit: additional info - I'm from Wales in the U.K., I'm a medical student and also a Sailing instructor.
