Unhappy with QWISO made from AVB. Anyone made BHO from AVB?

I've made several attempts at making oil with iso, but each time its very dark (basically black) when fully evaporated, and its inconsistent in texture (some glassy, and some oily). The last run I did, i just washed for about 10 seconds, and it still came out really dark.

I was wondering if anyone has used butane to make bho out of avb. or if its even possible to get a nice color extract from avb
