Just found out half of my FinAid will be cut this fall and I won't be able to cover my college expenses. Loans aren't an option. What else can I do?

So basically I'm a part of the California State University system and have my tuition and most of my housing covered by scholarship but my Cal Grant, Pell Grant, and a University Grant helped me to cover everything left over. This includes books, meals, fees, transportation and the like. These three grants no longer appear on my financial aid report and I can't go back to school without them. What other options might I have?

Edit: I can only get a job once I'm sure I can attend. Also, work study was denied previously.
