A Pokemon TCG game for DS?

I found this site where you can play the gameboy pokemon TCG game online, and I have gotten myself addicted to it. So I think GameFreak should make a newer version of it, but with all the current cards, you can buy booster packs, theme decks, and lvl X tins, updates everytime they make a new expansion, be able to scan your real cards into the game, online and single player game play, in-game tournaments, character customization and a storyline. Who else thinks this would be a good idea? They could make a version for both the normal DS and the 3DS, and you can play with people even if they don't have the same DS. The TCG game is already pretty popular, and this would be a good way for people to play if they can't afford to buy cards, or their parents won't buy them cards.

P.S. The site I found is http://www.playr.org/play/pokemon_trading_card_game/1368#play You can play the other old games too.
