Formal Watch Choice Help?

I'm a slowly-reforming jewelry & fashion newbie looking for some help choosing a watch. My criteria are:

• Must be <$50

• Must be formal- I'm aiming to wear it at job interviews, etc.

• I'm hoping for something very classic & feminine in appearance.

• I'm leaning towards a two-toned watch so I can still wear either silver or gold jewelry (is that the right way of thinking about it?).
