What did you wish for?

Hey there. I'm wondering what you all wished the gender of your kid was before you knew, and why?

My own reason for asking My wife and I have a 14 month old girl, with another kid of unknown gender coming along in December. For my daughter, I was just happy she was there. Boy or girl, I just wanted a healthy child.

For the next, I think I feel the same way, though a boy would be nice. I tend to be into a lot of "guy" stuff, so it would be cool to share that. But I worry about having a boy, and not living up to an ideal of a Dad that I've always imagined. With my daughter, and the possibility of another girl, I don't get the same worry.

Anywho - just wondering if any Dads dealt with any similar feelings along the way.
