Allies OP?

Napoleon Bonaparte once said who ever has the most artillery will win. Americans have Howitzer good vs all, Sherman Calliope which is average vs all. Britsh have the 25 Pounder and the Priest which is good vs all (Don't forget the counter arty.) Panzer Elite have Hummel which is good vs all. Wehrmacht have the Nebelwerfer which is average vs all. Does this feel OP to you yes or no and why?
