Hey 2X, i know asking for medical advice online should be taken very cautiously but I need some serious guidance

So, because of circumstances that many of us face, especially those like me who are 22 year old college students who've been laid off twice in a row and lack medical insurance, and no money to pay for a free doctors visit....you're my last hope! And because this subreddit's always been amazing to me, then i came here. I have this red thing on my breast, it looks like a giant pimple. It's recurring and once it bursts, there's puss and blood. From what I've read it's some sort of fungal infection, but I can't be sure. Any advice? And are there any natural sources of kick ass antibiotics? PLEASE help. I'm starting to get really freaked out.
