Which domain name is most secure to US domain seizure? Pirate bay chose .SE, is that best for us?

Dear Reddit, we are using a .com domain name right now, but fear that one day the US will start seizing more domains. Pirate bay chose to go .SE BEFORE their .COM was seized, meaning they are still using their .COM to link to their .SE. Other unlucky sites just had their .COM removed so there is no way to redirect the traffic.

We'd like to follow Piratebay's example, and pre-emptively switch to a less-seizable domain extension. Which one is best for us?

We are located in Asia, but do not want a .Jp, .hk or .cn domain name.

Thanks!
