How to build Rubick, most effective support/ganking/whatever else builds?

Rubick. Man, just the name gives me chills. The hero can be either devastating in so many rules, or he can get killed in seconds. I love to play this hero, he brings back the fun in Dota. However, I can't find a good build for him. You gents have any ideas? Post them in the comments below!
