[H] Seeking Progression based Hardcore Reroll

So I have taken a hiatus from WoW over the last few months while things were busy and I am looking to come back to the game and start fresh but at the same time work with a team of players that have like minded goals and are interested in a long term guild situation. Would really like this time in between expansions to be our time to level and stabilize the guild before MoP drops.

I have seen a few alliance based rerolls out there that are meeting this ideal but overall I am looking for something that is horde and really well planned. I am seeking a guild with structure and organization, one that has strong leadership that is dedicated to their guild and seeing things through.

I am not looking for a pre-existing guild, simply allowing people to level up with others alts.

Anyone around that is doing this kind of thing or planning on doing this any time soon?
