Just make me feel better about this guys... Found on the side of a hiking trail this afternoon. What is this bone?

The reason I drop the bone so abruptly at the end was because I heard someone coming and didn't want them to see me videotaping a bone

Didn't see any other bones in the area. People occasionally walk dogs on this path so I wouldn't be surprised if that's how it ended up where I found it

PERSONALLY, all I'd require for a "solved" is just a "non-human" confirmation. I'm assuming it's not human, but I don't know what child bones look like
