Insert a row of data into another worksheet using VBA.

I'm using a VBA script to collect data from several cells; each cell value ends up stored in a variable. Once each of the values passes a series of validity checks, I then want to insert them all as a new row in another worksheet, but underneath any rows which may already be in the worksheet.

I've collected all the data, stored them in variables, verified they're valid, but the insertion part is where I'm stuck? Any help?
