Ladies of reddit, how often do you have wet dreams? Does how often you masturbate/have sex influence how often you have them?

By wet dream, I mean a dream in which you have an orgasm.

I have them every so often but I've noticed that when I don't masturbate and I haven't had sex in a while, I have them way more frequently.
