Vehicles

If we can level up in tanks, jets, scout helis and attack helis, why not let us level up in cars? perhaps an upgraded turret or rocket boosters for extra speed would turn cars from just a transportation vehicle into a 4-wheeled death machine that are as sought after as an attack heli?
