I just found this kitten on the streets. I have not the first clue how to care for it. What should I do?

Here's the furball.

My cousin found it on the streets and asked me to care for him while she convinces her parents to let her keep him (highly unlikely). I have a dog and know how to care for that, but don't have the first clue about caring for a kitten. My biggest concern right now is food since it looks like he's starving. What human foods can they eat? Can they eat dog food? Is cow milk okay to drink? I've looked these questions up and got mixed answers. Please help me.

Bonus question What kind of cat is it? (its breed)

Edit: My cousin gave it some Nutri Leche (it's technically formula milk) not sure if it was good or bad. He's meowing non stop and doesn't look happy. About to just take it to the vet which was the last thing I wanted to do.
