Female problem

Hello Reddit, I'm having problem. Age: 21 Girl: 20 I have been Dating Girl for about 1 year. She's been away to a different college for 3 months. I haven't talked to her in 2 months. She doesn't answer my calls, she doesn't text me, she doesn't respond to me on Facebook. I talk to her parents regularly, but whenever i ask her parents why she won't respond to me, they say "We don't have a clue." So now, me feeling depressed and ready to move on, I wanted to talk to her in person, to tell her about how we are growing apart. How should i break up with her. I'm trying to do it in the most humane and mature way possible. Please give feedback.
