Fist tattoo concept- feedback?

So although i don't have the sketch in hand i want some of my friendly neighborhood Redditor's (those exist right?) input on what im cooking up!

Now, im a small framed male (21yo but very slender) and have been battling Depression and AAS for some time now. You can read about it in my other posts (im not ashamed, feel free to browse) but long story short:

I want a piece that's portrayed inside of my chest on my pectorals (sorta biomechanical-esque but not machinery, just 'inside' the body) Where it depicts an EKG machine or other forms of life-support machinery 'wired' to my heart on my left pec, that has the power wire going under (figuratively of course) my center chest, and resurfaces on the right pec where it shows the chord plugged in to the wall. Now on the right pec still, there will be Edgar Allan Poe themed things (The Raven, the Guillotine from 'The Pit and the Pendulum', red-masked figure with a coffin (Masque of the Red Death/Casque of Amontillado) all attempting to sever the chord and cut off the life support to the heart.

This is supposed to represent my struggle with my depression and suicidal thoughts from the past years through now, and send the message that i can't give up on myself since there are already so many things trying to pull the plug.

Now finally the last bit that i will add later on in life. Eventually whatever it is that helps me i will have spliced in warding off all of the bad things similar to the teddy bear in the link provided. ie if my current girlfriend helps me through it all, it will be a little pirate fighting off everything.

anyone have any input/advise/suggestions/etc?
