In the distant future, is it likely that technology would reach the point where resurrecting the dead would be possible? (as in resurrecting an individual, not just a species)

This probably seems like a ridiculous question but is it possible that if someone's body decomposed not too much and left traces of DNA, that one day technology will inevitably reach the point where people are able to resurrect individuals using DNA alone?

Or would the DNA that would be found after that many years not contain enough information to reconstruct a complete body and mind with the same conscious?

If any of that is actually possible and tech in the distant future would be able to resurrect individuals using DNA alone, would those individuals retain the same conscious from their original life?

Would they perceive the fact that many years have passed since their death?
