18(f) I need some honesty here people.

I don't know what it is, but no one is ever straight up with me when telling me how they think I look. Of course my family is all "Oh you're beautiful." but none of my friends ever give me definite answers, which worries me. I have awful self esteem at times, and people's lack of an answer doesn't help. So tell me Reddit...am I ugly? http://i.imgur.com/47pBV.png I'm all for honest opinions. Seriously, just an opinion in general would be nice. I can alway post more pictures if needed.

Edit 1 Wow guys, I can't tell you how much this helps me out. Seriously, I am glad you guys didn't hold back and gave actual criticism. To reply to some of your thoughts, I actually had long hair, quite long, but had to cut if off because of a part I had in my schools theatre. I have gotten heavier than my liking in the past year or so, but I am in the process of losing it.
