[CHARITY] Human Rights Petition: Create Values Campaign Honoring Karen Klein, School Bus Monitor

School bus monitor Karen Klein, an elderly grandmother of eight, became of victim of bullying by a group of teenage students on their way home from Athena Middle School in Greece, New York. A disturbing video of the students verbally taunting and harassing Klein was posted first on Facebook.com and then uploaded to an anonymous Youtube.com account before miraculously going viral, sparking global outrage and inspired an online campaign for donations to send Klein on a well-deserved vacation.

Klein is hearing-impaired and did not hear all of the comments until she was shown the video at the police station. She says the most disturbing was: "You're so ugly, your kids should kill themselves." Klein's son committed suicide 10 years ago.

At one point Klein says: "Unless you have something nice to say, don't say anything at all."

At at time when bullying is reaching epic proportion, a little reminder is needed for us keep our minds and hearts open. This quote should be a tagline promoted to all individuals regardless of their age, ethnicity, citizenship or religion.

Karen Klein, School Bus Monitor, "Unless you have something nice to say, don't say anything at all."

Stop Bullying.
