[MONK] Act 2 Champs/Elites a little too tough! Where do I throw my money at? (Stats/Skills inside)

So Act 2 doesnt feel TOO bad, until I hit a champ or elite pack, if I play smart I MIGHT make it through them without a death but chances are slim. I feel like my gear could use improvements but I'm not sure what pieces would be best to upgrade first?

For all i know it could be my skills! Ive been trying different combos and recently been trying SW instead of earth ally, but it feels like SW is too spirit hungry and earth ally helps alot when I need to kite. also Lashing tail kick is something new im trying instead of blinding flash.

Im open to all suggestions! I feel like im somewhere near where I want to be to play through Act 2 comfortably and I really would like to find that sweet spot
