Texting pictures... thoughts?

Clearly, only if you're over the legal age so you won't be charged with child pornography or anything. A guy friend has been hinting that he'd like pictures, and I keep saying no. But his birthday is coming up and I thought it'd be a nice surprise for him if he got a picture or two. I really think at most I'd be comfortable with lingerie pics, and I know not to push my comfort zone for this. I just don't know if that would count as sexy enough to be worthy of a birthday present? Or if that by the power of technology there'd still be risks? If pictures are sent with some clothes, is making sure my face isn't in the photo still important? And in case anyone wants to know, I'm 20. I'm just very undecided on this whole aspect of sexting and whatnot. Thanks in advance!
