Your opinion on movement during a performance

First, I'm the guy who did the survey. Several of the people who offered to help have not got back with me yet, and I've been waiting on them. I promise I'll get the results up after next week! I'm sorry it's taken so long.

Anyways, I was wondering:

How do you feel about performers that move alot compared to ones that don't. Personally, I prefer people who are more reserved. I feel like the ones that move around excessively distract people from the actual music. They put the focus on themselves, rather than the masterpiece they're performing.

Do some of you feel like people that remain more still are boring to listen to? I feel like the performer's movement shouldn't really matter. The most important thing is the sound. And if you heard recordings of a mover vs. a non-mover, I don't really think you could tell a difference.
