Help making this synth?

I was watching a bit of adventure time before I went to bed and I heard this synth in the background that had me in awe. It was so relaxing and beautiful, I had to have it. Here's the video, the synth comes in a random points from 0:10 to 0:48. Most notably at 0:36. Reminds me of the Boards of Canada and Pikmin.

Anyone know how I could make this?
