Looking for roommate at my townhome in Bartram Park area

Hey! I'm looking for a steadily employed roommate to split rent with. I've got a nice 3 bedroom townhouse in Bartram Park. I'm asking $500 p/month + 1/2 of utilities and your own groceries. My place is $1150 p/month but since the master bedroom is so much larger than the 2nd or 3rd bedroom I'm asking less than half.

It's a super nice place with a lot of decorating potential. PM me if you want pics.

As for myself, I'm a 25m, software engineer, M-F 9-5 (or 6 or 7) guy who is looking to save some money and make some social connections. I keep my place clean and have good hygiene, etc. etc. Between work and the gym I keep myself pretty busy during the week but weekends are a different story :)
