As an long-time Ent, I just bought a grinder, a question

I've owned a grinder for 2 months now. I smoke a bit, I did 14 grams in the last week. Today I noticed my 'upper' chamber on the diamond grind was coated with sticky weed, normally it falls through the holes. I'm smoking the best stuff I can find locally, I'd call it 'dank' and my dealer sells it as 'mango afghani', but I care less. Normally my grinder never clogs in the grinding area, is this bud not cured? [9]
