How do I gear a Wizard for Act 2 inferno?

Right now I'm sitting at (unbuffed) 31k HP, 3500 armor, 350 resist all, 15k damage, and I'm sure you're laughing your rear off, since I basically can't progress at all no matter what build I use.

What gear do I need? I went for Int, Armor, Resist All, and I'm 2 million in the hole on that miserable failure of a strategy. Just give me a 1.0.3-compatible strategy to go for
