Inferno Ghom

So it cost me about 1,000,000 gold today to buy special equipment that gives life on hit just to beat this ahole as a barbarian, this guy is nearly impossible without spending tons on random items and changing your build entirely

is it just me or does this guy seem way too strong for where he is in the game?
