Who makes their own gnocchi? Any creative tips on including vegetables - pureed, chopped, diced, whatever - in the dumplings themselves?

I met up with an ex-girlfriend a week ago, after ten years, had a nice chat, and one of the things that came up while we were talking was what to do with all the unusual and unexpected things you get in a CSA (community supported agriculture; like a weekly delivered grab box of whatever the farm happens to have lots of that week) box. It was her birthday two weeks ago, I like to make stuff in my woodshop, and I've been meaning to make myself a gnocchi board for a while anyway, so I'm making a couple boards for rolling gnocchi on, and I was thinking that making gnocchi, incorporating lots of vegetables, and freezing batches for the winter would be a great way to make good use of all the summer produce that we're getting. So: creative ideas? Interesting or unexpected combinations? Surprise and delight me, r/cooking :)
