Never tried JS before, only CSS and HTML. I'm assuming you can do what i'd like with JS?

Okay,so,i've never learnt JS or even PHP before,i've used PHP scripts, but never made my own, only used them. I have done NOTHING with JS before. Moving on, is it possible with javascript,to get a youtube embed to fly across the screen? like,i've seen it done before, and there was a REALLY annoying video floating across the screen. It sounds confusing and this probably won't make sense, but can you do that with JS? thanks.. Also,if im in the wrong subreddit,i apoligize :P
