What can someone do with a name, birthday, and school grade?

So basically I got called randomly about a job opening. I was a bit skeptical but they mentioned a friend's name and the only thing they asked me is if I was over 18. However to that, I responded no but my birthday was coming up in the following week. Afterwards, I was still really confused as to what had just happened and wondered if I just gave away my information for no reason. Is there anything that someone could do to me with that information?
