Jailbreaking again?

Hi guys. I jailbroke my iPod Touch a few months ago, but I didn't want to wait, so I currently have the tethered jailbreak (redsn0w) for iOS 5.1. I would like my jailbreak to be untethered. What should I do to accomplish this now? Thanks.
