who will mod my 360?

I have an older xbox360 that was giving me red flashing lights not total rrod but if what the internet says is correct then its overheating or some junk so I bought a new one. now I'd like some information about **1.**repair **B.**what my modded box will be capable of and $ what the whole shebang will cost. does anyone out there know where I could get the work done?
