Blue screens while I am using torrents

Only recently that this has happened, my computer blue screens every time I torrent something really large. I do not understand why, my computer still has lots of space left and it is not like I have lots of stuff going on in my computer. Anyone know what's wrong?

EDIT: Oh, and these are reliable websites that thousands of people use and I know people who use the same torrents.
