[4th or 5th] Looking for someone with a non-US game!!! (Foreign Ditto)

I am looking for a foreign Ditto and I was wondering if anyone could easily catch one for me. Comment with any requests as my main Pokemon are on HeartGold and I can get anything from there. I have a lot of the starters on that game. Thanks!
